DVTK finished as regular season champions again however they dropped points as they managed to only pick up three out of the possible six points. On Friday night they traveled to BUdapest to take on second place MAC. DVTK had a 2-1 lead after the first period however MAC tied the game up after the second at 3-3. After a scoreless third period Scott Macaulay won the game in overtime. The game against Dunaújváros needed extra time to be decided as well as Dunaújváros jumped out to a 2-0 lead after the first period with DVTK tying the game up at 2-2 after two periods. The teams exchanged goals in the third period with János Vas scoring the game winner.
For MAC the game against Vienna started off slowly but finished up strong. Brance Orbán closed out the game with two goals and one assist.
Dunaújváros hosted UTE in their final home game of the regular season as they defeated the visitors 4-1. Daniel Nageler and Hugo Turcotte gave DAB a 2-0 after 40 minutes. The teams exchanged goals in the third period with an empty netter being scored as Dundaújváros kept the three points at home.
In their second game of the week UTE hosted Fehérvár as Csaba Kovács played his first game of the season as he had just signed with UTE, Kovács closed out the game with one goal and one assist. With a 5-3 lead Tamás Láday scored with 11 seconds left to get Fehérvár within one, but where unable to get any closer.
Ferencváros closed out the regular season with trip to Transylvania. Against Brasov Daniel Tranca scored in the first period with Henrich Jabornik tying the game up in the second period. After scoreless third period and overtime Martin Saluga scored the game winning shootout goal. In the second game Csíkszereda went through Fradi by the score of 9-2, Petr Schastlivy and Peter Fabus both finished with 4 points each.
The two EBEL farm teams played their final game of the regular season against each other. What started off as a close game in the first period ended up being a 5-1 Fehérvár win over the Capitals.
